America’s first underwater park-kelp, garibaldi and island access from LA.
Casino Point Marine Park at Avalon wraps a kelp-filled cove with stairs straight into the water. California sheephead, bright reef fish and occasional sea lions reward cold-water comfort and a torch for crevices.
