Mafia Island’s Chole Bay protects mangroves and patch reefs where seahorses, leaf fish and critters share calm water with turtles and rays. Offshore whale-shark trips run in season as separate snorkel excursions. The bay is ideal for relaxed diving between bigger-animal days.
