Volcanic island with black forest dives and mantas.
Camiguin offers volcanic sand slopes, the Old Volcano hard coral garden and Mantigue Island day trips with turtles and occasional mantas. Small resort scene with ferry access from Bohol or Cagayan de Oro.
Camiguin access is by ferry; Mantigue trips cancel when swell wraps the east coast.
