About this dive site

Arabian fjords with plankton-rich walls and dolphin encounters.

The Musandam Peninsula’s khors drop steeply into the Strait of Hormuz. Lima Rock and nearby pinnacles bring soft corals, eagle rays and occasional whale sharks when upwellings bloom-usually day boats from Khasab.

Wall and drift dives need a tide- or current-aware briefing; the same site can feel gentle or brisk on another day. Calendar peak is October - May, but skippers still move sites when wind, swell or current change. Book with a crew that knows Musandam day to day, not just the map pin.
