Los Arcos underwater park sits off Puerto Vallarta with swim-through arches, eagle rays and schooling jacks on clear Pacific mornings. Current is usually mild compared with open-ocean sites. Often combined with Marietas or Majahuitas on charter weeks.
Los Arcos is a busy PV park; early boats beat afternoon chop and snorkel traffic under the arches.
