About this dive site

Protected Cabo reef with easy access and reliable fish life.

Chileno Bay is a marine reserve on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo with moorings on healthy rocky reef. Angelfish, parrotfish and rays are common in clear winter water while summer brings warmer seas and occasional surge. A standard first dive for Cabo visitors.

Chileno is a marine reserve with mooring rules; winter visibility is often best before afternoon wind.
