Champagne Reef vents warm water through sand and coral, giving divers a fizzy, otherworldly drift on the slope. Seahorses, frogfish and critters hide in rubble while snorkelers watch the springs in the shallows. Dominica's healthy reefs and rain-forest backdrop make even a simple dive memorable.
