About this dive site
Classic San Pedro canyon dives with turtles on the drop-off.
Tres Cocos sits on the barrier reef east of San Pedro where three coconut palms once marked the cut. Sand chutes drop to coral canyons patrolled by groupers, barracuda and hawksbill turtles. Most shops run it as a two-tank morning site paired with Hol Chan or Esmeralda.
Tres Cocos is a classic San Pedro canyon drop-off, often paired with Hol Chan on two-tank mornings. Hawksbill turtles and barracuda patrol the sand chutes; hold position carefully if surge picks up on the wall.
