About this dive site

Fish-filled cuts named for the old fisherman’s camp on Ambergris.

Pescador Canyons and the nearby tunnels weave through spur-and-groove reef with horse-eye jacks, snappers and the occasional reef shark. The topography suits drift dives when a light current pushes along the wall. Operators from San Pedro use it as a quieter alternative to the busiest reserve sites.

Pescador Canyons rewards a gentle drift when horse-eye jacks stack in the cuts; operators use it as a quieter alternative to the busiest reserve moorings. Confirm current direction before you descend.
