About this dive site
Named reef cut in the San Pedro canyon belt with drift potential.
Dardanellos Cut opens through the barrier reef east of San Pedro, linking shallow reef top to deeper spur-and-groove walls. Barracuda and reef sharks patrol the drop while turtles rest on ledges. Skippers use the cut when tide and wind align for a controlled drift.
Dardanellos Cut can run as a drift when tide and wind align; brief with the crew on entry point and current before you roll in.
