About this dive site
Charted Ambergris canyon site between Paradise and Pescador moorings.
Caoba Canyons follows the same spur-and-groove pattern as neighbouring Paradise and Pescador sites, with narrow sand chutes and gorgonian-lined walls. Reef sharks and barracuda patrol the drop while lobsters hide in crevices. It suits divers who want reef sharks without booking the Hol Chan snorkel circuit.
Caoba is a mid-reef canyon between Paradise and Pescador; reef sharks and barracuda are the draw, not shallow snorkel wildlife.
